Confusion with ICICI Family 360 account.

Hello! My ICICI CC Limit is 4.6L. I have Privilage Banking banner on my Net Banking. One day I saw that "No Initial Funding" needed to open ICICI savings account from iMobile app. I opened the account and after the creation of Account I got "Welcome to ICICI Bank Family 360 Banking" email. This this type of debit card was delivered:

So I used to believe I have family 360 account. Now I wanted to add one of my family member's account to it to get family debit card. But I am seeing this option:

What should I select? And what is my savings account type? and then what is family 360 account? This is very confusing!

Ig it's available now if I'm not wrong saw the option few days ago 🤔 but from mobile app.

Just Call the CC and ask them to assign an VRM. Else keep around 10K + and a few regular transactions they will assign you a VRM soon.

In net banking it shows privilege banking. avg req bal 10k.
Earlier in mobile banking privilage banking but now nothing. Cust care confirmed it's privilage banking. Nothing else.

I am also having zero balance ICICI privilege account with linked ICICI amazon card with good limit.
So online we can add a family member ( with pan and aadhar) ? And account will be created for them ? Or separately account should be created via branch and link it to family banking.
Can u explain to add a member to family banking ?

To add your family members to Family Banking, they must first be customers of ICICI Bank. You can open their accounts either by visiting a branch or through the online platform. Once their accounts are active, you can proceed to include them under the Family Banking program.

I am sharing my history with IDFC: (WOW Card) May 2023 only this was available -> SB Account 25KMAB Joint July 2023 (Secondary Holder) -> SB Account 25KMAB Joint October 2023 (Primary) -> Applied Via CashKaro got IDFC Millenia/Classic without docs via C2C (Selected Millenia 1.38L)-> SB Account 25KMAB May 2024 -> First Select Account Conversion on 14th June 2024 -> Called the CC asked for Select Card as I was pre-qualified instantly request taken card generated within few hours
I only spend Rs130 using my Millenia Card before the upgrade.
Also, got a new single account for my mother...

1. Existing ICICI customer
2. Earlier for privilege account Holders , Branch visit was necessary to add family members. Now I can see the option in latest update of iMobile. (Haven't Confirmed/ Tested)

Post family banking , family debit for primary card holder will be send automatically or have to request separately ?
Also what about DC fees for family and members ?

For Family 360, you need to select that.

Yes, 4L is one condition you need to fulfil for Privilege Banking status.

2. Can group upto 10 accounts of family members, they also enjoy Zeo MAB
3. Free Family debit card, with free 3 lounge for each
4. Premium services, as ICICI Says

Yes true. Only one limit increase I got 30k > 3L. But I have PLCC of 10L+. Why did they gave privilege banking tag then? Only two changes I have noticed after the tag...
1. Direct connection to wealth banking customer care and
2. RM.
Nothing else. It's a waste.

In last one month all offers vanished. Nothing there. I think I did a mistake by opening the saving account at icici in anticipation of pre-approved offers.

Yesterday RM called. He was talking rubbish. He told me if u need PL, CC, etc. or anything to let him know. Because of some RBI rule they have stopped displaying those offers. What nonsense. This was the only good thing ICICI had. Now no use for me.
