Can u pls let me know how ur getting 5% not able to buy amazon pay voucher directly through amazon its showing card is not eligible

Last month purchased gift card from Amazon and didn't get any cashback as in statement it clearly mentioned Amazon Gift Cards

Buying it from same link I have already added the CC while buying its showing to add CC again when i add it.

I bought gift cards in April. Trying to buy from last month its showing the same issue.
I checked with my friends account I am able to buy there
Will check with Amazon customer support.

Everyone already received 5% for the September transactions, it was just delayed.

Buying it from same link I have already added the CC while buying its showing to add CC again when i add it.
Its showing the issue i have shared above in screenshot.

That's why I never buy gift card alone.
I always buy gift card along with some items which I need to buy.
Then order it together.
Once your acc is restricted,it is very hard to get it right.
Customer service officials will have no knowledge about this.
Better you try via mail or X
