@TechnoFino i have tried sending mail to axis bank and kotak bank credit card customer care both failed delivery . I think those emails doesn't exist anymore.

Grievance Redressal email of ICICI Bank is misspelled, "s" is missing in headcreditcards@icicibank.com.

You can simply email them your query at headcreditcards@icicibank.com. In my experience they’re not so quick to reply, you might have to wait for atleast 3-4 days to hear from them

For me they are just sending robotic replies....

Both service.cards and services.cards for Kotak Mahindra bank are failing. Does anyone else have another email id to get in touch with them?
