Currently I am using Airtel and jio both have unlimited 5g recharges. But in case of Airtel I won't be able to use data after consumption of daily data limit. And I have annual plan in my Airtel sim which offers and shows in app that I am eligible for unlimited 5g. Any one facing the same issue??? I reside in Delhi. And right now I am using nothing phone2 jio's unlimited data works fine but in case of Airtel it's just dead.
I reached out to nearby airtel store they told me that unlimited 5g offer has been ended since July 3rd and I recharged my annual plan in June 30th. Is there any option where I can complaint about this??
