AXIS VISTARA INFINITE ADDON CARD

Hi everyone, i was trying to get the axis add on card and when i called the support, they said they have stopped issuing new addon cards eventho when i had asked to agent to give me one during kyc, he said you can call the support helpline. please help me on this issue. I currently have a axis vistara infinite card.

Currently, Axis is not issuing Add-on cards. When they will start again you will get the option in Axis Mobile App or Net Banking

Not true. CC can't help you now as the bank is not currently issuing add-on cards If you have SB Account with them then ask your BM to arrange the card.

alright! i dont have an account with them. i only have a credit card with them.
