I've applied for the physical debit card like 2 days ago after my megastar account creation with a 50k funding. I still don't have any information about if it's dispatched or not. I've tried pinging their social media tags or mails but no response whatsoever.

Clicking on track my card in the app throws an error asking to try again later.

Can anyone with experience shed some light on this?
