Confusion on cashback of HDFC Millenia Debit card bill payment on Credit card bill payment

Can anybody please clear that if We will use smartpay/Billpay for credit card bill payment via Hdfc Millenia debit card...Will we get 1% or not ?

Guys I called bm for classic upgrade
Manager has initiated a link to my number (yet to receive)
I enquired about their highest variant/programme

They only have vishesh programme
Is it equivalent to classic?

I asked for imperia
But they only have vishesh


Also they are saying to maintain 1 lac continuosly
Need input

How much time will it take for link?
Also bm agreed to open my family members account online through a link

Branch is 100 km away in some rural village
