Depends on how you're checking.

Earlier people used to ask bank managers/employees to check their score. Which resulted in hard enquiries.. one of my friends still has such an enquiry on his CIBIL.

But if you're checking yourself using CIBIL/Onescore/Gpay etc, that's only a soft pull and doesn't impact.
