Kotak PVR credit card spend

I did got my kotak PVR platinum credit card last year and since then I used the payzapp wallet trick to rotate the spends to get free pvr tickets . But this month I came to know that it has been patched up. Is there any way to spend those 10k without any charges or like that. Thank you.

What are the spend exclusions for PVR Platinum? Did you find any other alternative way?
