Downgrade/change Kotak PVR platinum card

I am currently holding a fyf kotak PVR platinum card with a basic limit. Its almost an year since I have taken this card. It was offered to me by their sales team as I am residing in a non-serviceable area for kotak ltf card.
Please suggest ways to downgrade or change/replace PVR card and move to another with around Rs.500 charges( like IOCL) without further income and address checks.

How can I migrate to another card? I tried emailing the service mail, yet to recieve reply.
Do you have/know anyone's similar experience to change the card?

Upgrading kotak card gonna not easy at all. Request RM if you have.

Just apply another card, and cancel this card.
