ICICI Wealth Management Account Holders please share your experience.

What's the MAB you guys maintaining in your Wealth management account.

And what's would be the ideal mab to prevent it from getting downgraded.
Or any tips to avoid getting the account downgraded without maintaining mab.

No before i knew about WM account, i wanted to open regular savings account and the same thing was showing "certain validation", never tried to open account online and no relationship with icici

And i have some idle money wanted to park in their fds and use wealth account.

Use axis .u will get better offer .
If amount is above 10l ..u go with either imperia hdfc .
Axis
Even kotak privy or induslnd Grande with 5lakh


Icici wm is train everyone is either getting pushed out from or they are going out .

If you try for manual apply through imobile app, you may see LTF Rubyx now.
I did that after few months and didn't take it.
I am not sure if that triggered a better pre-approved offer.
Manual - LTF Rubyx 7L
Pre approved - LTF Sapphiro 10.5L

Yeah. I'm too impatient. I haven't got any preapproved offer yet. Not even any rupay card. Hope they surprise me 😭

Recently I have read in some other forums, Google maps reviews of my local branch, complaints on ICICI FB page -> that ICICI is now allowing opening of min. 50K MAB accounts only ? Anybody who recently opened ICICI account offline /experienced this within the past 2-3 months ?

Default requirement is 10L
But it can be brought down according to your negotiation skills.

I opened 2 accts in Thane with 1L IF.

Ticket size of pre-approved loans from HDFC is greater compared to ICICI for less corpus maintained than ICICI.

Will they Upgrade upfront or should i close the account and open new one later with classic or preferred .

Will classic do all the trick !? Or preferred will have significant advantage

Depends on your requirements. If you are after lockers, then Preferred suits best. For everything else, Classic is more than sufficient.

If you meet the threshold requirements, they'll upgrade upfront. You can opt for a new account if you want a choice account number with IP of 5L.

I will manage 1l in account for 2 month then go to branch.. or better i will ask the manager directly before maintaining 1l mab
