Issue in redeeming indie gems

I have got 1200 + indie gems but while redeeming in facing this unique issue.

Has anyone faced and solved this issue?

Can you please share what all places it is giving 0.5% gems, particularly in wallet load/ credit card payment category?

Wallet load isn't applicable even on Amazon Pay . Leave all standard wallets aside. For BBPS cc payments, it's giving 0.5% . Try Park+

Try with smaller amounts. Additionally, keep in mind that you can't redeem more than 2500 gems in a month.

I am redeeming every time it reaches 100. Never faced any issue.

Are you able to redeem normal indus dc reward points?? It throws error everytime i try to.

So if I scan Paytm qr of petrol pump though indie UPI will it get 3% gems?

I just got my indie visa signature card with megastar account.

As I see there's a reward of 3% gems on every fuel transaction until Nov 30th, I filled petrol for 500 and used the card (tap n pay).

In my gems section I see the transaction marked as "POS" and +0.00 gems.

Does it take time to get credited or am I doing something wrong?
