Applying airtel axis with secondary number but kyc address changed query

Hi
I just applied for Airtel Axis card via a secondary number. Video kyc via aadhar also completed. Gave my pan, aadhar and email in airtel app.

I have two queries.

1. Already have a myzone card. When I applied for it, my aadhar had an old address.
When I applied for airtel axis card, I had updated my aadhar with a new address in the meantime.
Will this cause any issues with existing axis kyc?
2. Will I be able to change the contact number for my airtel axis card?
3. If it gets accepted, will it cause any issues with my current axis myzone credit card and axis account details and with CIBIL?

I'm considering getting the card in family member name itself. But, just last month I got them an addon card (closed savings account long back, no existing Axis cards, but they have Citi card even now), if I apply in their name, will it be rejected till the addon is closed?

did u apply from Airtel number or another network number?

I applied Axis Airtel CC from a Jio Mobile No. in my mother's name as she already holds three cards from Axis Bank. VKYC was done on the next day after applying but still haven't got the card approved. Previously, she was using 4 cards.

But don’t see any new card in my axis app. Does that mean it’s has been rejected? The messages said request for contact details update has been processed.

I just finished VKYC and received this message. I applied through my secondary number which is JIO, i already have 3 axisbank credit cards(my primary airtel number is linked with this axis account).
Is the below message means the card is confirmed or as usual anything might happen with axis ? Screenshot_20231115-101157.png

I contacted CC , they told first time my eligibility check failed and hence it has again went for eligibility check . It seems they do 3 times before rejection of application.
When I asked why my number and email ID got changed for old cards after applying new card , he was clueless.
I had applied card on 3rd Nov and it’s stuck on the eligibility check for last 2 weeks.
If the card got approved and that is the reason of number updated which seems more likely then why it’s not seen in mobile apps !! Fu@€ Axis back and their stupid rules !
I didn’t got this much rejection in getting Super Premium Cards then this so called Airtel Axis Card 🥺

Got the same number change successful email and sms within 30 minutes just now. I think I'll let it stay on this number till there is some progress on this application.

I can see the digital card in apps now .. it seems with Axis , patience is the key !!🤣

Quick update- can now see the virtual card in my axis mobile app.
Will be completing the setup later, hopefully the physical card is delivered soon.
Looks like the grievance email really works!
