Regalia What will happen to Discontinued Card (Regalia/ Regalia First) on expiry?

Anyone with similar experience?

My RM (whom I dont trust) told me it will be renewed as per existing card only

My card is valid till June 2024

Itna bada dil hota to LTF Regalia Gold hi upgrade kar diya hota

They can replace it with another card. A Diners Club Miles I know of was replaced with Diners Millenia.

My brother have ltf regalia card valid till apr 2025.
Today he got mail to upgrade to regalia gold fyf.
Will they send regalia ltf again on card expiry if he dont opt for paid upgrade?
He dont need millenia/ regalia gold. He just want to use priority pass ltf .

My Regalia CC also valid till Jun'24. I received SMS and email that renewed(same variant) CC will reach me soon.
