as far as i remember rbi released circular stating that from 1st of october customers can ask their banks to change their card payment network.
what's the update on that and if anyone has done it please tell us how you did it.

depends on bank

HDFC has been changing network since long over phone call...
ICICI requires some escalations but they do it as well

Final circular is released. As per circular banks should provide option to choose network during fresh application or renewal
