Cc bill payment via freecharge not reflecting.

Hello, I paid my hdfc rupay cc bill of 900rs and 500rs in two transactions via freecharge with hdfc platinum dc 3days ago.But neither payments are reflecting on the card.
Can anybody help how to raise complaint regarding this with bank?

Wasn't that day Saturday and Sunday? Always exclude those days

But as you saying it's successful in app, you should wait patiently to reflect the txn.

Yeah. Even my axis ace bill not reflecting since ast 4 days but excluded sat sun so only 2 days passed. Paid from hdfc billpay

It's normally takes 3 working days
You can aslo raise request in Freecharge
Payment history>Select transaction>Need help
