Axis MyZone VKYC Eligibility issue

Just applied MyZone card, already have Airtel axis, got about a month ago, while trying to do VKYC for MyZone it's showing not eligible,
Already existing customer, but unable to do VKYC. Airtel Axis done via VKYC only. Weird Axis system.

if you holding axis bank saving account then no VKyc needed. I applied three times for three different axis credit card and everytime no vkyc needed.

For Axis, only savings account holders are existing customers, only card holders are not existing customers..

Agent came home and collected kyc with Aadhar fingerprint, also told me that credit card customer id won't be considered as existing axis bank customer, so due to that even though he do kyc now again he needs to visit home for data correction.. finally offline application again submitted in his mobile mentioning the online application needs corrections, after it approved, it will go to bank to pull Cibil.

I'm a existing savings account holder.but also I was not eligible for vkyc and I also hold axis Flipkart cc

Same problem here. I applied for the Neo card this morning, still haven't gotten the Video KYC link. And while manually entering the application number and proceeding, I'm getting the same error.

Moreover, in the application tracking page, it can't even find my application details. So weird.

You are not eligible for video kyc. An Axis agent will visit at your home or office address for physical kyc and to pickup income proofs. Axis credit card application tracker will show your application status after 48 hours.

I applied for Neo, not MyZone. Want it solely for Axis Bank-specific card offers on merchant websites.

Weird. I wonder why I'm not eligible for Video KYC. I live in a Tier-1 city, I'm not sure if it matters though.

It depends on your profile not on city.
