Axis MyZone VKYC Eligibility issue

Just applied MyZone card, already have Airtel axis, got about a month ago, while trying to do VKYC for MyZone it's showing not eligible,
Already existing customer, but unable to do VKYC. Airtel Axis done via VKYC only. Weird Axis system.

Yup just applied for myzone faccing same issue I thought vkyc is not required 🤔

I was inspired by @TechnoFino and applied just like that to MyZone since it's gonna end LTF offer in 2 days. Thought to try my luck, spoke to customer care, they told LTF is only for new customer to axis and that way VKYC is applicable and if you already have some card then VKYC won't applicable, so agent will come and collect forms. I know this is not a perfect answer, but still have to accept according to them 😂

Video KYc not needed for existing Axis bank Customer.
I was also applied for myzone last month and it was approved without VKYC or any other verification.

But my case last month only got a new card, I think your existing card more than 3 months old?

It seems Axis bank is forcing physical kyc now.

If you are eligible for VKYC then you will definitely get VKYC link even if you are an existing card holder and it has a higher chances of approval but for some users physical kyc is required and their approval chances are low. If you are not eligible for this card then you won't get vkyc link and no agent will visit you for physical kyc.

I already hold 2 Axis Cards.

In Feb mid Applied LTF MyZone.

I also faced Same error for V-KYC.

Till 1 week No progress as per Tracker.

After 1 week when I checked, netbanking new Card was reflecting.

But yes Directly Blue Dart SMS received.
Axis did not sent me Approval SMS and Axis Updated the Tracker when Card Was delivered.

May be for existing Customer KYC is not required in case of online Application via Axis Website.

But my case last month only got a new card, I think your existing card more than 3 months old?

if you holding axis bank saving account then no VKyc needed. I applied three times for three different axis credit card and everytime no vkyc needed.
