IndusInd Legend CC LTF Offer query

Hi!

I have been receiving lot of calls lately to offer LTF CC on IndusInd, few callers from Gurgaon number have even offered Legend Variant. My understanding is that IndusInd does not do LTF easily, at least there is joining fees which gets partially reversed thru vouchers. I did ask the caller to send me the offer on email which they did but from some different id, domain name is Indusind.com only. When I visited branch and spoke to RM, he mentioned that Legend never comes as LTF. I even emailed their support team, but they are unable to divulge various offers for me on email. So I’m bit confused whether to apply the CC via this promotional caller?

Any suggestions? Is this variant given as LTF on calls? Anything I should do more to confirm the genuineness of the offer? Thanks in advance.

• How long after my Indusind card rejection can I re-apply?
• Or, Can I re-open the closed application, citing the mistakes of the agent, and providing correct info ? Has anyone done this?

In general, there is a 3-6 month cooling period. Apply after 6 months on a safer side.
Some banks(like SBI) don't have such criteria, not sure about Indus specifically though !
On the second point, generally it won't help with Indus.
Indus is the only bank which has done home and office verification both, even during peak pandemic. So they definitely check data and verify really well.

Applied and got approved last month. Didn't upload any docs, just bank statement through net-banking login. No physical verification done, neither at Home nor Office. No prior relationship with IndusInd. So, it depends!

Hello all, my father is holding indusind platinum card LTF With a limit of 1.8 lakhs from 2016(barely used).Few months back i called customer care to upgrade this card to legend, but they are saying you have to pay joining fee, but i want the card as LTF with no conditions. What can i do to upgrade this card to legend card LTF?

I have indus Ind aura edge, i don't use it... lying useless got it via bankbazzar.

Less bank discount offers...

Limit also low less than 1lakh so they can't upgrade the card, need better higher variant like legend, etc...NO Income Proof

Can I close this card and wait for any pre approved offer or apply using C2C in future...?

If i close will i get offers?

I suggest you to call their customer no & ask for any available upgrades

I was recently checking out the Indusind website(3-4days ago), was getting 3 pre-approved CCs without documents, chose legend and it said free in card fees, assuming it to be LTF as they just charge joining fees.
Kyc was done and I was told card will be dispatched after a verification call in 3-4 days.

Hello. Pardon my ignorance, I am new in this game. I got a call for IndusInd Legend LTF (not from the bank). I don't have any account with them. I signed up and I just received the card last week. There are no welcome benefits, except EazyDiner Prime membership for a year. The golf offer is active, 8 lounge access, auto assist, and concierge service is also active.

Signature Exclusive Debit Card.

If it's booked under LTF pricing, you would probably not get any welcome benefits.

Last week my friend received LTF legend. Same day he received EazyDiner Prime membership activation code. Immediately I reffered him the EazyDiner app. He got 2000 easypay points(=200rs)
And I received referal of Rs300.
And same evening he booked table for both of use. He used the cashback too

Golf access, lounge, Freedom, Service, Travel, Entertainment

I am getting the card as LTF, would I get complimentary 8 domestic and complimentary 8 international lounge access?

I never paid IndusInd a single penny for their cards, earlier I used to have IndusInd Aura Edge and now hold IndusInd Legend bother of them are LTF.

Initially their customer care tried to persuade me to get Legend with 15K joining fee in lieu of some useless vouchers, I denied them straight away and asked them to consider the upgrade only when it is available as LTF. After few months the relented and offered Legend as LTF to me.

Now a days this card is given at 0 joining fees as I also got some agent here at Kolkata who is begging to give it on 0 joining fees if Pre-Approved offer exists.
