They can't because the RUPAY SELECT Debit Card option isn't available in the BOB ADVANTAGE 2000 MAB Account.

Change it to BOB SUPER SAVINGS, Take Rupay SELECT to retain the account for 2-3 months.

Obviously it will. So you need to maintain 20k and when downgrade you are free to remove 18k

2. How does Rupay validate the debit card. Is it by the first 6 + last 4 number only or also with mobile number? if yes, then I'll sign up using her number only?

It's very difficult brother to apply RUPAY SELECT in Baroda Advantage Savings account (@irohitpragya is exception).

Only possible in BARODA SUPER SAVINGS Account and above

In Baroda Advantage through app/IB, you won't get option but can try through branch visit but mostly you ill face rejection
