Airtel axis card application issue

I'm trying to apply for Airtel axis card via Airtel thanks app, but it is showing error to recheck application due to incorrect details.
while I checked the details many times, all were correct.
only thing is I already have a Axis Flipkart card issued linked to second mobile number.

can one else faced similar issue?

One basic question. If I get this card with my jio number then while using it on Airtel thanks app do I need to login with jio no and use it or I can use with Airtel no as well?

Just make sure to pay your bills through Airtel Thanks App.

You submit the application one inquiry is done.
Next day another inquiry is done.

in my case two hard enquiries has been done on the same day, first it was showing airtel application reference number but after completion of v-kyc it started showing C1- application number and I got application under review SMS with C-1 application number from Axis.

Can be in a same days or cant be. Point is here they do 2 enquiry for one cc application however u can remove one enquiry after drop an email to axis.

in last applied airtel app with previous ph number . after more than 3 months still shows kyc completed status. airtel didn't reset application form after Rejection.

Mine application was showing under review but currently it's showing thank you for interest in Airtel app. I haven't received rejection email or sms yet. What does this mean? @pprakash11

Airtel Thanks app behaves like your username sometimes 🤣
Don't do anything let Axis take it's sweet time the result will be more sweeter
