I was going to recommend you AU Lit with 10X and 2% additional CB features. AU doesn't give Cashback or points directly on insurance but you can loan any prepaid card such as payzaap and use that to make payment.

But your monthly payment is huge. If you can make multiple payments then you can check out AU Lit. 10X points feature has limit of 25K points per billing cycle and 2% CB has limit of Rs. 1000.

Hi, thanks for the AU suggestions, i tried to apply but the same got rejected reason is they are not providing services in my city (kanchipuram tamil nadu)

Yes, it gives for insurances premium upto ₹20,000.
