SBI CARD APP new feature-"Link your account "

Looks like the new update now showing popup message once you login to sbi cards app. It's asking to provide consent to fetch bank account information for offering customized offers.
Not sure how much worth it will be and if they will mandate this consent in future?
Already all kinds of offers are visible in app.

Earlier I added my bank of baroda, axis bank. I rejected both consent for the bank. But not able to delink any of the account showing the error

Under the CONSENTS tab you can REVOKE it
Revoke the consent and Delink the a/c

No there is no option that I can see as"revoked". Only reject option. Is it because I used to do it in mobile version

I also completed the delink on mobile but took the desktop mode

I got a limit increase on my card after linking my bank account

My simplisave limit increased from 1.13 lakh to 2.03 lakh , also 2nd card (sbi cashback ) got approved 1.87 lakh limit

After how much time of giving consent did you get the limit increase offer and where did it appear?

One update (may be trick): I had linked one savings account with sbi card app in July 1st week. But on the same day I revoked it. But after 2 days 'avail new card' option started appearing in the app. Today I got LE offer from 1.25L to 2.5L.

I did not apply to increase my limit. It was from their side. It was showing in 2 sections.
1. Benefits > credit limit increase
2. Benefits > avail new card

Got it so first you linked and then you went in Benefits > credit limit increase (that slider option)
you chose some value there and got it right? Or is it like you didn’t do anything just linked and they messaged you about LE?

Also do you feel the account AMB had anything to do with the amount of LE offered?

I only linked the account and did nothing else.

Probably yes. It matters.
