SBI CARD APP new feature-"Link your account "

Looks like the new update now showing popup message once you login to sbi cards app. It's asking to provide consent to fetch bank account information for offering customized offers.
Not sure how much worth it will be and if they will mandate this consent in future?
Already all kinds of offers are visible in app.

I only linked the account and did nothing else.

Probably yes. It matters.

Oh thats surprising to hear. Without even asking (or using the option) you got LE and many don’t get even after asking no but yeah thats good to know as well.

Would linking SBI bank account where not much balance is maintained help or linking a salary account with icici?

For me in benefits it’s not showing any option for limit increase or Avail new card > is it due to overleverage?

No. Keep the app updated. Link the account and wait patiently. It will appear under benefits section.
