How to upgrade from Indusind Select account variant to Exclusive account variant with Zero balance maintenance, I have my pinnacle credit card linked to my account. Can this process be done online, when I visit the branch they are not sure of this zero balance requirement for account upgrade, for the folks who have done it, what was the process you have followed? If possible, share mobile number of Induslnd Bank person who helped you.

Steps:

1) Go to the branch and upgrade it to the exclusive
2) Don’t mention anything about zero balance or anything about it as branch people won’t be knowing about this facility if we have pinnacle CC
3) After opening the exclusive account , make sure it is linked to your pinnacle CC . This is by default linked if you have only exclusive account and pinnacle CC only.
4) send an email to cc regarding confirmation of linking of these two and zero MAB applicability .. they will revert you back with the confirmation with some prolonged delay,
