Want to open salary account but the banks doesn’t want to open my acc cause the company I work for doesn’t have any tie up what should I do

I want open a salary account cause the perks are good zero balance, prequalified credit cards , loans etc but well here comes the issue axis, Hdfc, Indusind doesn’t want to open my salary account cause the company “doesn’t have tie up with us “ (the company i work for is my sister’s company) so what should I do ask my sister to tie her company up to some good bank like ICICI axis or something or is there an other way to open salary account without tie ups (and no I don’t want an glorified bs saving acc already have 2) my salary is 40k , project manager in her company

Nothing special I’m specific just wants cc and loan offers more easily(and fi only takes 21+ I’m 20)

Every bank mandates companies to have X employees and each employee must be drawing X salary (Probably above 15k if am not wrong). HR of the company should negotiate with the bank for the bank to open salary accounts. If these conditions are met, then only you can open salary account with the tied-up bank.

My sister’s company has about 15 employees and are earning each 20k+ but well it’s really hard to ask all of them to open an salary account damn didn’t know this stuff this hard 😭🙏🏻 ( just for cc/loan offers this much bs )
