Axis indianoil rupay credit card is issued without my consent. What's the hell with axis..!!!🚫🚫🚫🚫🚫🚫🚫

Hi everyone
When I checked my axis Bank app now, I just see that a newly issued Indian oil rupay card is showing in the app . I didn't apply/upgrade for any Indian oil card or gives any consent for the same. Then how axis issued the card without my consent and knowledge??? Really shocking & unbelievable!!!! It's my first time issue from axis. How they are supposed to issue this card as I recently upgraded my airtel rupay card. Need your valuable suggestions whether to go with RBI or not???

CC which was wrongly issued without applying has been removed. Not showing up on mobile app.

Today I happened to have checked axis mobile app and the airtel cc came back. I can see the joining fee got charged on 21st Aug.

Did you accept the card delivery? They may cancel the card doesn't means that it was permanently closed. It won't closed until and unless the JF get reversed/paid

They won't reverse it easily AFAIK. It's been 7 days since I registered the complaint. It's in progress. But meanwhile I have a good news regarding RBI advised axis to give 5k compensation for the earlier complaint which I registered for the card rejection 🤣🤣

Also regarding the credit card option not visible in Airtel thanks app I escalated the same. As per their revert, the option will be added soon

a while ago got sms from delhivery courier that card is out for delivery. I'll reject this delivery.

Bro RBI will check whatever the requirements we asked with the bank first. If suppose you asked compensation, card closure letter, written confirmation that ur card Will not reported to cibil etc. if bank only resolved card closure and provided letter of NOC, then u can have the full rights to escalate it as your compensation, written confirmation etc were not resolved by bank.dont forget to mention it in the next level escalation. Because bank are looking for a small mistake from customer so as to avoid compensation. I didn't escalate my case to RBI as of now. Because if I didn't provide kyc documents and escalate to RBI, then bank will surely got a strong excuses "customer not provided required documents, hence investigation not completed". So thats why I waited for this much of days. Everything from our end should be precise and in order
