Axis indianoil rupay credit card is issued without my consent. What's the hell with axis..!!!🚫🚫🚫🚫🚫🚫🚫

Hi everyone
When I checked my axis Bank app now, I just see that a newly issued Indian oil rupay card is showing in the app . I didn't apply/upgrade for any Indian oil card or gives any consent for the same. Then how axis issued the card without my consent and knowledge??? Really shocking & unbelievable!!!! It's my first time issue from axis. How they are supposed to issue this card as I recently upgraded my airtel rupay card. Need your valuable suggestions whether to go with RBI or not???
 
I got 3 cards from axis this unbox thing before delivery never happened nor i have seen anyone report anywhere.

You got AWB in message ? If yes check status
if not call CC and check if its shipped or not if shipped verify address.
Yes I got the dispatch sms today. It dispatched to my address only. I verified the personal details associated with this card. All are my details only.
 
No bro. Nothing. No such messages. I received only approved & dispatched message as of now
My suggestion
1) call axis cc customer care and inform of the issue and record the call
2) send an email including the pno, axis md amitabh chaudhary in cc and ask them to raise a complaint and get the complaint or sr no.
3) don't accept the package of you have not order cc. It will be returned back to sender address.
4) call the pno since the issue is serious and lodge a complaint and demand actions.
5) pursue this to RBIO and don't agree for no complaint . Ask for a hefty compensation.
Keep the TF posted with progress.

I sent the mail yesterday to level one and received a very useless response which was not related to my issue instead telling me that about my master card get upgraded to rupay. And old card valid for 45days ...blahh.... blahh...hell. so I escalated to nodal yesterday. I used to send it via mail , so that it's easier for rbio to escalate. Does rbio accept call recordings?

They won't close just because you escalated to hierarchy. Infact RBIO mandates you have escalated to all levels of an org before approaching them. Ensure you get a sr no or complaint no. It is mandatory.

In Axis, everyone works in a parallel way. for example, I sent mail regarding welcome benefit to the pno and also talked with senior cc desk. The lower desk already waived off the joining fee but the pno desk is still working on the welcome benefit issue.
