Axis indianoil rupay credit card is issued without my consent. What's the hell with axis..!!!🚫🚫🚫🚫🚫🚫🚫

Hi everyone
When I checked my axis Bank app now, I just see that a newly issued Indian oil rupay card is showing in the app . I didn't apply/upgrade for any Indian oil card or gives any consent for the same. Then how axis issued the card without my consent and knowledge??? Really shocking & unbelievable!!!! It's my first time issue from axis. How they are supposed to issue this card as I recently upgraded my airtel rupay card. Need your valuable suggestions whether to go with RBI or not???

Check name on card etc. some days ago saw a thread in tf someone else card was showing under his cust id.

In Axis app, all my cards show my name. Check yours in the app. But I think new card need to be something like unboxed first right?

Cards that need unboxing do not show name.

I called customer care regarding the same. The card is a chargeable card. They told me that the card was applied via a 3rd party app named" olcca". The details mentioned like name, mail id, address, in the Indianoil rupay card is same. The card applied 2 days before. How they are supposed to issue the card without even a otp/consent from my end...!!!!!

Imo escalate till RBIO thats very concerning anyone can apply without consent/otp Axis shouldn't allow this type application .
If you take this card that means you are allowing that to happen and they will do this with someone else too.

Such a useless axis. Card issuance without consent. Even I upgraded it recently. So no card can be issued within 3 month. But issued today

No no ...I didn't apply. As per the information from customer care they informed the card approved one day after the application date. So it approved today,applied day before yesterday

Bro just ask the customer care regarding the source of application. Whether it's a third party app called "olcca"?
