Biz Black - as floater with Infinia

For both Infinia and Biz Black - no supporting documents were shared by me, just the signing-off of the forms. Although, I got Biz Black as floater, but what I understood from BM is that one needs to meet ITR criteria to apply for Biz Black.

How do they know if you are self
employed or salaried without any documentations ?

I recently renew my father medical insurance on 13 Aug. today i received 5x rewards point (492*5=2460).
Now it confirm insurance payment is eligible for 5x rewards point.

My calculation (73832/150) = 492, now 5x=2460

I don’t know. I have not made any insurance payments with BizBlack till now.
