App is working with idfc rupay debit card but transaction failed and I got reward points and I need to wait for refund.

Yes, I had sent it in the WhatsApp group 2 hours ago, at that time it was working successfully for everyone.

Note – This is an old app, they have limited pre-funded money for BBPS, just like Savesage. When the pre-funded money runs out, transactions start failing.

I'm not getting any points on success txn, I recently got upgrade to wealth maybe my new card is not getting instant rewards. Do I need to contact customer care to link my new card to rewards portal for getting instant rewards.

Is there any timeline for idfc reversal of points. I got the points for few failed transaction and it's been over 14 days I haven't seen them reduced. Also on 2nd aug there were no points credited for valid transaction haven't got any points for that as well. I paid few mins back from Lotak 420 and it got successful. There is idfc crackdown on apps it seems as the failure rate is high for them in particular.

Once you receive rewards, there are very slim chances from getting clawbacked.
Usually they are not revoked even after receiving refund for the failed transaction
Nevertheless bank can anytime, can do anything. Its unpredictable.(thats why I say chances are slim)

The transaction was successful for Axis cc buy not credited to account. i pod bill of 1500.62 in Highway app it’s showing 1500 . My other transactions done before 12am instantly reflected in axis app.

Yes HSBC Corporate Salary account Debit card give 5% every spend but that salary account eligibility is required 3L/month take home ( after all tds deduction).

I too faced same.

All other cc bills were success & reflected instant.
Only for axis 25k, was success but not yet credit to card.

Sometimes, some Axis cc bill payment takes 2-3 working days to credit. If bill payment is successful then it should be credited on or before tuesday evening.
