Recently after Indie migration cash credit not working. Customer service also not giving proper response. Default reply is they can't see the points in account. Those who are not migrated yet able to convert in old NetBanking using debit card management.

omg, knowingly or unknowingly i never migrated to indie inspite of many reminders. Now i understand why i am able to convert to cash
actually i had installed indie, but during online neft/imps transaction i was not able to see idfc, hence i uninstalled and installed the regular indus mobile app, later never migrated.

There are few ways for credit card bill payment for small bills
1) indie megastar customer can pay three different credit card bill each of rs 500 or above for flat 50rs value of gems (redeemable as cash) effectively 10% cashback upto 1500 rs.
2) Recently kotak 811 account also offers three different credit card bill payment reward of 1% upto 20 rs. Effectively upto 2000rs of bill payment for each credit card so total of 60rs cashback for 6000rs.

Let's not only focus on debit card for credit card bill payment let's diversify. If any body know any other method please share.
