Who said not working? Its working for giving 0.25% reward rate. Just that additional 0.25% has not come since 2 months.

You need to add biller first. Then let hdfc smartpay system to fetch your newly generated bill then it will schedule for date 4 days before due date but will pay 3 days before due date only automatically. This bill payment has failed for many this month start. So no guarantee that bill will be paid 100% so be ready to pay using other platforms also in case it gets failed to pay.
If bill does not get scheduled then it will be scheduled from next month.
