Aisa "means" kuch nahi hai bhai. It is system. There could be other technical reasons for failing txns. Hum unko complaints bhi nahi kar sakte aur use bhi karna hai. Have patience! Earlier setup jaise tha vaise hi hai. Let's hope for the best.

Since 3 months same thing is happening. Either there is a maintenance which they run on backend killing other things for those days or they are having women problem starting the first of the month and having mood swings 🤔

I truly understand your emotions! Technically and basically,we can't do anything. Neither complaint (you know what I mean) nor stopping to use this system as we all knows at the end it is beneficial to everyone. As few comments mentioned, payments are not failing and crediting the amts into respective cc, it is good news. Have patience!

Bro, don't take it on yourself... you are not representing HDFC here 🙂

We are seeing everything and discussing here, sharing our experiences. From what I observed, since 3 months they have problems starting 1st of every month and it lasts around 5th.. after which everything is smooth. That's what I am saying in a humorous way..

Bill pay says 2130 expired on 6th august

Should I re add the card or will it go to scheduled next month automatically
 
If my understanding is correct, we can't add HDFC credit card bill under Bill payments and autopay using HDFC Easyshop debit card right?
 
As expected, due to upgrade the smarypay wasn't working. Now my old internet banking accounts moved to new NOW portal and mBanking app also updated. But some family account Cust IDs still on old netbanking version.

These days seems like IT engineers have lost the skills completely. In older days the millenials has the capability to move all customer at once without any hassles. The Gen Z engineers depending heavily on AI tools and automation lacking the basic skills.

Seems like I have to go back to INFY and see what the hell is happening with teams now before Indian IT becomes a joke.
 
What was Merchant name this time? Was it DCSI-BBPSBILL ?

ha points bhi mil gaye hain, and merchant name yhi tha jo apne likha hai. Mere 3 me se 2 account ko shift kar diya new netbanking me, mobile me it is still optional not to go for new version yet.
