How long do they take to settle the money?
I made a payment of ₹500 yesterday at 11:15 PM, and it went into “processing.” A lady asked me for a photo of my credit card showing only the last 4 digits and my name. I sent it, and the payment was settled.
However, at 11:54 PM, I made another payment of ₹5,000, which also went into “processing.” It still hasn’t been settled. I have messaged both the lady and customer support, but they haven’t explained anything clearly, and the money has not been credited yet.
What can I do now?

I had paid 12k day before yesterday it was working fine then. The app is not very reliable
