Infinia add-on query

not reflecting in either portals of primary account holder
My wife’s add-on had the same number so cancelled it and requested for a new card again which arrived as fresh as day before yesterday!!
I opened the packet ( it came with new card number and again a new PP), logged into My-Cards, set the PIN & set the card control as well. All OTPs came to my number only.

KINDLY CLICK ON YOUR NAME INSIDE MY-CARDS - ITS A DROP DOWN MENU WHICH SHOULD REFLECT THE ADD-ON TOO.

Thereafter, logged into GyFTR with her phone & card number (my number’s quota of 10K Amazon GC already exhausted for this month) and was able to buy another 10K worth Amazon GC.

Was able to activate the card a week back. The problem is I don't see the addon card anywhere except the addon card holder's mycards account. Do you still see you Wife's addon card in your mycards?

I don't see a drop-down near my name. Are you referring to the hamburger menu (three horizontal lines)? If yes, I don't see the addon card there in my mycards.

If you have already set the PIN then kindly go to your Card Control- You can see the add ons in the drop down menu under your name as the image shows :

I read all the related/relevant threads here.
Called Infinia Customer Care ☎️
Requested for cancellation of existing add-on card which was done over OTP based IVR on the same call.
The person told me to re-apply via net-banking after 30 mins.
I was able to re-apply after 15 mins ⏳
New card with a new card number and a new Priority Pass reached in 4 days.

@TripleAce, how do I check the transactions that the addon card holder has done. I'm not even getting messages; transactions aren't showing up in my unbilled transactions either.

When was the add-on transaction done?
It will reflect in your transactions only. If the transaction was done recently then click on ‘unbilled’ and the drop down menu will show ‘Unsettled’
For more convenience, add all your cards to your PayZapp and you will have access to all your cards easily under ‘Cards’ and check all details as many times as you want without any log-in / OTP!!
My-Cards is a pain as you need to log in every time by OTP!!
