I think they require VKYC.
Because old application is showing VKYC Completed

Morning try youself at 10AM. If it's shows not applicable/Vkyc completeed then no need or else try to complete in banking time.👍
What is current status in ginie app for new application?? Have you checked?

Yes,It is showing as VKYC Pending
Oky try to complete by next day 10AM. If it shows all executive are busy then spam call now button. You will be connected to agent. Mine took 15 minutes of spamming. Also try to complete in morning so chances are high of getting kyc approval same day.

It will show as all executives are currently busy.
But u try continously 20-30 times if not connected try in the afternoon time again 20-30times you will get connected.

Yes ,I have other bank credit cards.
PNB is not allowing to moving forward after entering the application number getting error 😐

Have you got Vkyc link ?? If not then I think Vkyc not required. Drop mail to creditcardpnn2@pnb.co.in if error keep showing.

31st July Card Application submitted
31st July VKYC Completed and VKYC Approved
2nd August 5:17PM Discrepant SMS Received
7th August Application Rejected
We both have same timeline. 31st applied. Vkyc approved same day. Still pending for approval. @mrbean what is your status in new application

I hope your credit card get approved by today.
I Am unable to complete VKYC as their VKYC portal is not working.I have contacted PNB Customer care they are stating that bank kyc is not updated to application hence vkyc is required and try again after 24hours
Dont think today it will get approved. Most of cases approval msg came between 11am to 2 PM. Just called IVR they said to wait for some time.
Salary rupay select ?? I haven't heard this kind of card in PNB.
Do you mean rupay select card on salary basis ??
