Guys, how to delete beneficiary from HitchZ? Its allowing maximum 3 benefeciary, i wanted to add another account, but for that i will ahve to delte any one of these three. so how to delete it?

Hey everyone was using hitchzone for fasttag recharge using sbi cb card but the transaction failed and money got deducted, its been 3 days and no update contacted hitchzone and they said they didn't recieved money , sbi customer care said to wait for 2 more days as there system shows transaction processing and after 2 days only they can tell about details, is this app safe as i see lot of people doing huge transaction , mine was first try and this happened

Many of you asking for HitchZone Fasttag recharge failed refund, after 5 days of the date of transaction contact hitchzone support and ask them to reverse they will send you a screenshot of refund which will reflect after another 5 days so in total 10 days it will take and another thing you will not get the convenience fee part as refund, only the amount you opt for recharge, I contacted the hitchzone support for the same and they reverted with that convenience fee is non refundable , I also argue for the same that If the recharge didn't go through how can you charge convenience fee, wanted to escalate to consumer forum and ministry of finance but am engaged in other important matters and donot want to bother as the amount is immaterial to me, anyways everyone sorry for late answer and all other who dm me for the same , @Abhishek012 what you want to say on this
