Ok, Mr President. I have League LTF for kotak offers. I will activate this Zen only if they offer me LTF. Myntra was paid for me, but it was worth 500 fee.

Hi Guys / Gals,

As Myntra card is getting closed from next month , I converted my Myntra paid card to Zen LTF.

The Steps involved:

1) Call CC ( 1860 266 2666 )and Convert Myntra card to Zen Paid card - you can do this manually
2) Once you receive the Zen card, Dont activate the card.
3) Call CC and ask if there is any LTF offer is available.. The offer should be available if you have a higher CL ... ( I have 2.8L CL, I guess it should work if it is more than 1L CL)..
3) They will raise a cancellation request first.
4) Retention team will call you after 30 mins or so and verify your...

My limit is exact 1 lakh. I will try this once Zen gets delivered.

I got my ZEN converted to LTF in Feb 2023 when I had a limit of 24k ☹️

Now it is 42k. I don't use it much.

I got this card yesterday. Didn’t activate it yet. Called customer care twice today and both told me that there is no LTF offer for me.
Also Customer care executive told me that there will be no joining fee. Is he right?
If so, then I am thinking to continue this card till next year and will cancel the card before annual fee is deducted. Meanwhile I will email them after few months to convert it to LTF. Is this the right technique or I should raise cancellation request right now?
P.s. I have League LTF as well

In my opinion if you want to keep it you can but it really doesn't have any benefits to keep around (maybe even as LTF)

I'd say wait for 15-20 days. And don't activate the card yet. They'll themselves call you to ask why you didn't activate the card yet and then you present your case. If they convert to LTF then continue otherwise it's your call to directly cancel or wait for a year before cancelling because it's FYF

Okay I will wait for 15-20 days. I won't activate till then. If they offer me LTF then I will continue. otherwise I will request to cancel it. Is their retention team good in converting it to LTF?

Back in Feb 2023 they were. Meanwhile you write to the kotak pno, asking him to convert it to ltf otherwise it'd be quite difficult for you to activate the card and continue this cc relationship

I have opted out but still they increased my credit limit and converted to zen. Not sure if this legal or not. Manually had to raise service request to close the credit card on the day of delivery.
