@kvndsz512 I used two PAN India vouchers at the Farmer's basket, Pullman in Aerocity.
Yes, the other voucher is for buffet at Food Exchange, Novotel, Aerocity.
And yes, you can use them anytime, even if you're not staying. Just reserve a table more than 24 hours in advance, and let them know you'll be redeeming a voucher.
