Axis Atlas Current status on domestic and international lounge access in Atlas card?

Hi,
So I was just denied lounge access to Kolkata Airport's Lounge on my Atlas card which still has 12 visits remaining. I had heard that there is some issue with dreamfolks and Axis. Has it not been resolved? When is it likely to be resolved? Have an international trip lined up later this year as well.
It's pretty embarrassing to pay 6k yearly for a card and then walk up and be denied access at one of the Tier 1 city airport.

Is this for Atlas physical card or QR code? Lounge should accept physical card for domestic visit. You can raise a complaint to Axis customer care.

Physical card was rejected. It showed contact bank on POS

Just got off after a long conversation with Axis Customer care. They have assured that this card can be physically used at international airport for lounge access for you as well as guest visit within the permitted quota. They have assured that these is no need to even for digital priority pass, for accessing international lounge and this card can be physically swiped.

Not sure if it is going to work. Has anyone tried this

2 weeks ago I got the news that Axis and ICICI Bank will not provide lounge access with Dreamfolks.

It had not worked in Bangkok last December, had to generate QR. Not sure whether they have changed anything now.
