1. CL requirement increased to 10L.
2. If your CL is increased to 10L recently in last 6 months, then this won't work.

I have tons of questions.

1. Do we need ITR/Salary even if Imperia/infinity RLV/TRV requirement is reached?
2. Is CL/Spends criteria increased only in case of imperia/infinity?

Normal sending email to grievance, is 8L limit still works?

Since when is this effective, 15 July? I sent a signed upgrade form to Chennai through a CC guy from HDFC on 11 July. Not sure if it will be considered for upgrade now.

Any idea if there's a cibil hit when the application is processed via offline mode?

Background
I sent an email to grievance on 6th July to check the criteria for Inifinia upgrade as there's this new Imperia criteria (not a upgrade request). Meanwhile, I spent 9L and opted for offline processing through someone from HDFC on 11 July. I signed the upgrade form and he dispatched it to Chennai on the same day.

Got a message from HDFC today evening saying my application has been processed. When I check the status, it says "Declined". When I checked with the HDFC person, he was a little surpised at the speed at which my upgrade request was picked up for processing by the Chennai team. He couldn't confirm anything though as he had left office for the day and said would get back to me tomorrow.

I'm now suspecting that the grievance team might have processed my upgrade request looking at the spends based on my email on 6th July, but for some reason it got declined. Not sure what to make of this entire saga.

I sent the upgrade form to Chennai through a CC sales guy. He said he has written to the concerned team to "restart the process". Not sure what that means, but I'm counting on him for now. Haven't escalated to PNO yet.
