Unable to pay through phonpe gift card

I have a balance of 4000 INR in my PhonePe gift card account, but I am unable to transfer it to my bank account using the PhonePe Merchant QR.



Please help me transfer it to my bank account.

I bought 500 and 1000 rupees vouchers from infinity card last month but I only got 24 reward points.

So not 5% for sure --> Yes, I made the transaction by entering the card number & not through UPI way.

Is your stmt generated? It comes in 2 parts - 1.5% agst txn and 3.5% in bonus summary, consolidated for all txn as "Add_TataPayment"
24 (8+16) is for the 1.5% part.

24 (8+16) is for the 1.5% part.

Bhai I could see in tata neu app only 24 points added as part of last month cycle.

Which is 1.5% of Rs.1500 ~ 22 points (2 points might be part of some other purchases).
