Unable to pay through phonpe gift card

I have a balance of 4000 INR in my PhonePe gift card account, but I am unable to transfer it to my bank account using the PhonePe Merchant QR.



Please help me transfer it to my bank account.

In my case it was not much in value. I purchased low value GCs 15-17 times in a period of 1-1.5 months.
