IndusInd Exclusive Account Opened, But Debit Freeze Showing – What Next?

Just opened an Indus Exclusive Savings Account with an initial deposit of ₹90,000 and completed VKYC successfully.
After logging into the app, it shows "Debit Freeze" on the account.
Called customer care—they gave me the branch deputy manager's contact and asked me to follow up on Monday.

Is this normal after account opening, or is there anything else I need to do?
Anyone else faced this?

Yes with IndusInd digital accounts opening they do kyc and activate account which will show up funds but u cant use it without branch visit
In branch they will do CDD pls carry 3 photos with you
That’s my experience in past just sharing if it helps u

Do not panic...This error will go automatically within one week...Nothing to do....No need to visit branch etc.....Add beneficiary in net banking and transfer money to other account, it will work.
for net banking required cvv or pin of dc and both not available on indie app unable to view cvv and unable to set pin

Most probably it will be automatically ok, wait for a few days till you get welcome kit and dcs
maybe yes
reason just received msg that "Your IndusInd A/C No. ************ has crossed '80%' of maximum A/C BAL limit of INR 1,00,000. Visit branch to complete KYC review - IndusInd Bank" so after vkyc approved this will maybe automatically solved

Though Making a cdd takes only five minutes and it will save you from future freezes or hindrances during your needs. Besides you will get one of their number in case you need.

So , though it may not be required, if branch is near , I will recommend you to complete the cdd. My personal opinion.
