ICICI Wealth Account with 5Lakh IP & visa infinite Debit card

ICICI semi uban branch employee told me for 5L initial deposit for wealth account , he said it's 0 balance , but he said system may downgrade in feature

My question
1.Will it get downgraded in future?

2.Can I get visa infinite Debit card with that account?(Very much Required for BMS offer )?

3. 95k online account comparison with that(currently NA, will wait if better) ?


Few days before some other employees is taking about some 0 balance account with Initial deposit 1lakh , is it same?
