Just saw this thread and I had to add my 2 bits 🙂🙂 I’ve had a great experience so far - have an IndusInd easydiner card and got a emailer to sign up. Was quite intrigued by the proposition of first of its kind credit card experience - as the mailer said. The installation process did take a few minutes - but they say that upfront in the communication but that’s to ensure security imo - but frankly sim verification process gave me comfort. I would much rather spend 5 mins extra to set up a secured verified app!! Now I no longer need to login into the bank app for anything related to my card. My transaction details, reward points , card offers - it’s all in one place! Even shows me where my money is going. Turns out I’ve been eating out too much 😀 Much needed innovation in credit card space by IndusInd imo.

I just received my new card today. When will I be able to login? Right now it gives verification error after sending the SMS. Tried a few times. Will I get an email? I didn't get any.
Any other way to manage card? The IndusMobile app doesn't work with Developers Mode turned on. And I heard it's being discontinued. Also, the INDIE App asks me to open savings account.

I am keeps on getting mail from Indusind that the existing application will no more work from 31st March 2025 so Install Indus Indi app.
The issue is I am holding only credit card & its asking to open the account or create FD to access the INDI app.
I used cardshub but seems there also having limited options & have restrictions such as can't see full card details, can't control the limits...

You can control limits that is what the app is meant for. But no virtual card feature.

Login to Indie mobile app it says
When I try to go for sim verification...it goss to my default sms app and then doesn't auto populate anything...also the number which auto populates is an invalid number...see screenshot...any1 facing this???

Yes, it doesnt work well with third party apps like SMS Organizer. You'll have to use the default SMS app of your phone.
I use INDIE instead of this because of the issue.
Is it possible to login into Indie for credit card holders only?

In our family, we have 3 Pinnacle cards n no SB accounts. We all use Indie. No issues.

Yes. I hold 1 credit card & my wife hold 2.
We both switched to Indie app in March 2025 without savings account.
Note:
It might ask your for PAN but that doesn't mean Indusind can open bank account with just PAN.
There are lot of stuffs that bank need to do like adhaar kyc, video kyc, mobile otp & bla bla.
So if it's ask for PAN then give and don't proceed if asking for adhaar.
