Yes RESERV card deactivated

Hi all,

My Yes RESERV card deactivated due to non-usage for 7 months. This is a LTF card, I was in the impression that cards will be cancelled or deactivate only after 12 months of non-usage. So thought of making smaller transactions will keep the card active. There was no communication sent to me before deactivating the card.

I reached out to CC, they say the card is deactivate and cannot be activated again. I asked them for the communication where its mentioned that "the card will be deactivated for 7 months non-usage". But the failed to provide that.

What other options I have now to activate the card.

mail to pno, it should be deactivated after 12 months only according to RBI guidelines.
even my bob premier card is not used for 10 months, getting mail/sms regularly from bob to use it but it's not deactivated yet.
