So, I tried paying a 1500.40/- cc bill of my SBI credit card through my mother's mobikwik account (to utilise the FULLPAY coupon) with my Kotak 811 virtual debit card. It was on 28/06/25, 8:51 PM.
The transaction was failed and refund was processed instantly as per mobikwik. But as of today, the refund is not yet reflecting in my Kotak Bank account.
Now, I don't know who is at fault. Kotak, Mobikwik or BBPS. I mailed all three of their grievance and escalation email addresses. No reply till now.
