My father bought 8 National savings certificates(These are like fixed deposits) in 2014 from post office which got matured last year. When my father went to post office, they are saying that it's not updated online we have raised the complaint for it and once it's get update we will give you the matured amount, the head of post office is my father's classmate who is also trying maximum from his side.
